You saw that right, ASPR Outbreak is officially launching on December 1st! I’m done with all the pre-production, I’ve got the designs down, the writing is done and much of the comic has already been laid out. Several pages have already been completed as well to give myself a little buffer so I don’t fall behind schedule. Starting December 1st, I’ll start posting pages and delivering benefits to my Patreon Supporters.

Now, if you’re already a patron of mine please make sure you add yourself to the correct tier. I’m not sure if Patreon transferred over the Tier stuff from the first comic run or not but I’d rather play it safe than for my wonderful supporters not to get what they deserve. This game ain’t even out yet and I’m already shipping. Charlotte LeStrange and Lizzy of Dunwich are giving it the ol’ College Try. After all, Charlotte is from a cult of love witches, Lizzy is a Bride of Yog Sothoth and they’re both at Miskatonic University which is no stranger to the forbidden. As far as what goes on behind closed doors, this is probably pretty darn tame by comparison to what the other students and faculty are up to. Regardless, be sure to check out @themiskatonicgame! It’s a delightful creepy comedy with a lovely art style.

I know a big part of it is that I really like the art of @jackcayless. If creepy humor and visual novels are your thing, you’ll definitely want to check it out! Also, I’m not personally involved in it or being payed by them at all. I just want stuff like this to be successful so we can see more of it. :)

May 3rd… it’s always been a special day for me. It’s what I call my ‘Art Birthday’. On May 3rd, 2003 I launched my first webcomic which marked the moment where I first started drawing regularly so it’s always been something I try to commemorate with something special. This year, I have a taste of something I know a LOT of you have been waiting for: Gym Jane! This has been far, far, FAR too long in the making and I know this isn’t the finalized version but we’ve reached a point where from what I can tell, Mia is done from start to finish so that’s what I’m putting out! If you find any bugs or particularly crappy dialogue, please comment below and I’ll fix it for later releases.

Clearly this is only Version 0.25. Later versions will include
-Linda as a selectable mate
-Ri as a selectable mate
-Mute buttons for music and SFX
-A proper Credits section (for now, right click for credits)
-Hidden Easter Eggs

Linda always enjoyed going somewhere warm for the holidays. Tahiti was always beautiful this time of year, and nothing makes the stay better than a surprise fireworks show right off of your hotel balcony. What a perfect way to welcome in the new year.

The more I thought about this character, the more I came up with about them and now, I think I have something I like. Daliah is an interdimensional Nymph, a being that jumps from plane to plane as it sees fit to entice and ensnare the creatures it finds there. It’s innocent eyes hide a hypnotic gaze and it’s antennae serve to amplify it’s telekinetic powers. The wings of it’s species are mostly for show, fluttering when it uses it’s innate powers to maneuver weightlessly. The gender of their species is fluid and can be changed in a matter of hours to suit their needs, though male or female, their organs are always internal (until a male becomes aroused).

Daliah in particular is a bit of a dimensional tourist. It loves to cross over into new realms and explore, the local lifeforms being of particular interest to it. It will ensnare a protector if needed but for the most part, it just exerts it’s influence on those around it to make them docile. It’s relative size to everything else all depends on the size it selects when it manifests into a dimension- though Daliah typically prefers to be somewhat smaller so as to not attract too much unwanted attention.
