Tumblr posts are like the pyramid schemes of notes. People reblog you to get notes but the OP gets notes too. More underlings reblog and they get notes all while everyone above them continue to get a ridiculous amount of notes. Soon there are thousands invested in the note scheme, all to the benefit of the posters above them and the OP who has more notes than they know what to do with and the notes keep rolling in by the thousands as the masses do the work for you.
