First to let me say, thank you everyone that has purchased MLS, and thank you for giving me feedback on what you liked and what you didn’t liked about it.
If you didn’t buy it..well good for you but I’m not interested in hearing what you say about it.
I had a lot of fun drawing it, but at this...
Hey Kayla, just piping in to show support. There’s plenty of haters out there and they’re unfortunately loud. Those douche bags can politely and sincerely go fuck themselves. Those plebians don’t realize that art is work. It takes years of practice and a ridiculous amount of time to actually finish. Hundreds of hours go into projects like MLS. Would you ask a janitor to clean for hundreds of hours without compensation? Would you ask a programmer to spend weeks developing software for free?
There will always be dicks out there that want everything for free. They’ll pirate software, steal music and whine when they can’t get it for free, spouting ideals about free information. They’re also selfish pricks. They don’t know what it’s like to produce, to actually contribute to the creative forum. They don’t realize that while big publishers and artists can take that kind of hit, the independents can’t. Each individual sale matters. That this has become a controversy is ridiculous. You’re not even the first to do this sort of thing (Hoof Beats). I wish you all the best in the coming days and if you’re still taking orders for MLS, I will now purchase a copy; if for nothing else than to support an artist who deserves every penny.
