DC is gonna sue

They’ve never sued over black cat, I don’t see why they would start now.

DC doesn’t have a character named Black Cat. They do have a Starboy.

Name’s generic enough, and usually name suits are over “Title Trademarks”, which is why Billy Batson’s books have always been Shazam (or some variation). If DC hasn’t trademarked the title “Starboy” there’s little they can do.

In my mind, there is only one true Starboy.
