I’m pretty sure she isn’t. After all, she’s modeled after me when I was a teenager and I ate just fine. At 19, I could eat anything I wanted and never gain a pound- though I never had much of an appetite so I’d forget to eat meals sometimes. I once went 72 hours without eating just because it didn’t occur to me.

That may sound like I just contradicted my own point but the not eating was pretty irregular and had little effect on my weight. Didn’t matter if I skipped a meal or had cake and pizza for a week, I was always skin and bones. I was probably thinner than Oreo at 17. I’ve found that real bodies can be surprisingly extreme- to the point where if you drew them anatomically correct, people would say it looks insane like my 5'0" friend with a 32" waist and double F breasts.
