Well, that’s a bit of a leap, don’t you think? You really have to make a separation between the art that is all make-believe and the person. Drawing rape and cheating in a porn setting doesn’t make one a misogynist in the same way that the director of Rambo isn’t a murderer. It’s all fantasy.

For some folks, rape is just one of their fetishes. And remember, that fetish goes both ways. For me, I actually get the most turned on by picturing myself as the victim. That’s why Linda Wright and the Wriggling Jungle was told from Linda’s perspective, not the creature’s. Does that mean I think any less of rape victims? Does that mean I wander around dark alleys hoping to get jumped? Absolutely not! It may be a fetish of mine but I can still tell the difference between reality and fantasy. Rape is a very serious crime that is far too often trivialized. But murder is a crime too and I still watch action movies. Hell, I think we can unanimously agree that pedophelia is abhorrent but I can still enjoy loli art because it’s all make believe and nobody gets hurt.

So please be sure to make the distinction before making such personal attacks on someone. But on the other hand, if this guy is disrespectful to women, harasses them at cons or goes around pinching rumps, that would be a whole different story. But I also don’t pay close enough attention to know if anything like that is going down.

Another incredibly talented artist that I greatly respect. He has an amazing eye not only for anatomy (oh, those musculatures!) and shading but I particularly appreciate his use of perspectives. He’s also one of the rare folks that pays attention to his backgrounds. They’re detailed and believable while not taking away from the main subjects of the image. Not as much of a comic artist but his progressive images are just as good. All in all, huge respect for his talents.

Mod: Redrusker has an outstanding body of work and while his content can get pretty fetishy, it’s basically all fetishes of mine. Just- the ‘use’ thing gets me all fluttery and giggly. But that aside, I love his style and it’s very consistent. And if Redrusker is actually a girl, just swap my 'He’s with 'She’s.

Linda: Oh, you mean the blue dalmatian down the street? He seems nice. Kinda shy though. Him and Chahiro would probably really get along. Some of his late night guests though… I have to wonder where his parents are.

America is England’s rebellious child. In America’s younger days, it never saw eye-to-eye with mommy England. Then they had a super serious falling out. Things were said, fights were had and in the end, they went their separate ways. Now America is a young adult and while it still talks with England with mutual respect, there’s not much love lost. After all, it really became what it is today through its own merits. America has become an even greater financial success than it’s parents, though it’s pretty loud and obnoxious about it (possibly daddy issues). Not to mention it has a pretty messed up home life, doesn’t play well with others and has an unusual obsession with firearms. I hope you’re happy, England. It’s gonna take some serious therapy to sort all this out.
