Isn't it mind boggling that the most famous of your works, and the one that probably got you the most fans (myself included!), is that decade-old flash?

I was about to refute the claim about the game’s age until I looked it up and saw it was made in 2008. Honestly, it’s kind of disheartening. I got a lot of followers who expected me to be a flash game designer and animator and I am not. I worry that I’m letting each and every one of them down by not living up to their expectations like some kind of bait-and-switch car salesman.

What’s worse is when you stack Linda Wright and the Wriggling Jungle on top of that. I started that comic in 2009 and since then, I’ve only produced four comics. That’s one comic every two years! So I’ve got another stack of followers from that who expected me to be a comic artist and I worry I disappoint them as well. It saddens me that I’m known for something I rarely do. I don’t mean to trick them.

But I also appreciate all the people who stayed, the ones that liked the game but also liked the art and the stories. It really warms my heart to hear from all the folks who started with Beach Linda but went on to like my drawings (or in some cases, the entire furry fandom). I can’t resent where I came from. I can’t beat myself up for catching lightning in a bottle that one time. Because I certainly wouldn’t be where I am today without it and I’m glad to be where I am. So I may cringe looking at that old art and janky animations but I still appreciate my break-out role, as it were.

What about a redrawn remake of Beach Linda in the meantime? (Yeah, that simple sim still famous) It could be something like "Beach Linda 2017". Static frames surely takes much less time than Gym Jane animations and it can be a pretty idea as a sorta of prelude. There is also some of your oldest works/request that you would like to improve in particular? Just to know.

Oh, I’ve entertained the idea of a Beach Linda remake for some time. The primary thing I’m waiting on is getting spoken lines from Sasha Darkcloud. She’s kind of the official Voice for Linda Wright and I sent her a script for the animation some time ago. Once I get the lines from her, I had planned on re-drawing it and re-releasing it. It honestly hasn’t been very high on my priority list though, what with Gym Jane still needing finishing.

Linda Wright, Warrior of the North Wood.

I keep meaning to get around to one of the projects that will feature this design. I’ve written a few little short stories about her but I’m talking about a game or comic. And it’s certainly not for a lack of ideas, it’s always a lack of time… Oh well. Enjoy this latest iteration of the Warrior of the North Wood! I feel her design is settling in nicely.

Why? Why to everything about this?

You should consider to commissioning a 3D model of your OCs at endlessillusionx tumblr, many have done so already.

I would put in a lot of commissions to a lot of artists if I had that kind of dough. It certainly would be nice to see a custom CGI Linda one of these days but that’s a pipe dream for a day when I have far more disposal income.

“Alright, I’m gonna be productive tonight! Work on some projects, finish some drawings!”

Wait, no April Fools joke this year? Or is Linda's back still sore from the last prank?

I know, I usually bake something up for April Fools but I was just too preoccupied with life things this year to get to it. I’m still struggling to get by in Vegas but hopefully, I’ll have something soon to help.
