Why does Oreo hate having her glasses off? Is she embarrassed of her face (I think she looks fine with or without. : /)? Love to get some elaboration. :D

Because Oreo’s glasses aren’t just glasses. They’re a pair of 4K graphical displays with integrated, invisible-lithium batteries. One-of-a-kind and irreplaceable as the sheer cost of manufacturing something that small with those capabilities is astronomical. The only way she got away with it the first time was because she was able to hack into the manufacturing facilities at the Lab she was born in and had them made for her.

Her glasses have always been her window to the outside world. Prior to getting them, her only way of experiencing anything outside of her cage was to watch TV or to try and make what little sense she could from all the billions of blips in the air. Once she got them, all those blips could be translated into a graphic display and projected before her very eyes, opening up the vast and exciting world of the internet. They are more than just a toy to her. Her glasses are the gateway to her world and something she couldn’t stand to live without.

You can only get one. Which do you get?

1. The hell out of Dodge.
2. Your ass to Mars.
3. TO THE CHOPPA!

Huh… just found out I’m in the same town as Sabakon now. I might have a new con to start attending. It’s far too late to get an Artist Alley table but there is one table open in the Hentai Lounge. No idea of I’ll go for it yet… I kinda wanna scope out the con before I commit to anything. But hey, if anyone plans on attending, there’s a darn good chance I’ll be there too!

Horray, just had another image taken down today. Sorry to everyone who liked that Star Butterfly pic. Tumblr is kind of a killjoy and I’m really not in the mood to fight the haters. It’s still up on my other art sites so feel free to go to any of them. I’m not really mad. Just sort of annoyed. Way to be a buzz kill, Tumblr.

So I guess with it being LGBT Pride Month, I should probably sound off. I tend not to be too loud about it- perhaps because the B in LGBT tends to get overlooked or, more often, dismissed. I’m Bisexual and happily so. No, it’s not a phase. No, I’m not just pretending for attention. No, it’s not just so I can feel like a special part of the rainbow. It’s just how I am and that’s just fine. Bisexuality is much more common than people think. There’s generally a lot of pressure to be one or the other. When you feel attraction to both sexes, it’s a hard place to be since you can’t really fit into the straight or the gay mold. In the end, most people end up just picking one and sweeping the rest of it under the rug so the representation is pretty slim. But hey, don’t worry. We’re out there all the same- even if we aren’t quite what you were expecting. Don’t be afraid to show your true colors, even when it’s a shade different than what people anticipated.
